Okay, if you hadn't noticed already, his outfit is basically copied from Neon East in Urbz Sims in the City. I had such a hard time trying to think of clubbing rave clothes and I almost said "Screw it, I'll just put him on the beach with trunks on" But then my sis gave me the brilliant idea of Neon East! THANK YOU SIS! >3< <33333

Hoo, this one took me a while. First time drawing a head perspective like that, and the coloring alone took 4-5 hours at least! x_X But I like how it turned out! It has to be my best piccy of Cupcake so far! :3 <3 (I may edit it so he doesn't stand out so much) Hope you like him just as much as I do!
